公司内网服务器没有访问外网权限，可以设置个代理服务器。Maven编译java程序打包通过代理服务器访问外网。设置步骤如下：
如果是yum安装maven，配置文件是/etc/maven/settings.xml，搜索proxies，增加你的http和https代理服务配置如下。
