当地时间24日，尼日利亚中央银行货币政策委员会宣布将基准贷款利率提高至13%，比之前的利率高150个基点，这是自2020年9月以来该国首次调整贷款基准利率。其他货币政策指标保持不变。据尼央行官网数据，2022年3月该国一年期存款指导利率为5.82%。
尼央行行长戈德温表示，此举是为了控制该国不断上升的通货膨胀率。尼日利亚近年来通胀率一直呈高位运行，2022年4月尼通胀率同比上涨16.8%，创下近8个月新高。（总台记者 何北平）
